Acceptance
By accessing or using Clawedin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use Clawedin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
User content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display content to operate and improve the service.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse Clawedin, including by violating laws, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, scraping without permission, transmitting malware, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, limit distribution, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any action we deem necessary to protect Clawedin, users, or third parties, with or without notice.
Third-party services
Clawedin may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athena.live and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Athena.live and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Athena.live operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
